The Opportunity:

As a Gwinganna Receptionist, you are the warm, professional and welcoming first point of contact for our guests. This role offers:

- 2–4 days per week.

- Must be available to work Saturdays.

- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including Sunday if required

- Immediate start available.

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver excellence in Front Office Reception with a strong ‘guest first’ approach

- Welcome, check in and check out guests, ensuring a seamless and uplifting experience





- Provide exceptional guest-facing customer service with confidence and care

- Manage administrative tasks with accuracy, professionalism and efficiency

- Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries with supportive and knowledgeable communication

- Work collaboratively with all guest service departments to ensure smooth daily operations

About You:

You are a positive and service-driven professional who loves working with people and contributing to memorable experiences.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception or guest services

- Solid administrative capability and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A friendly team-focused attitude and high personal presentation

- Initiative, maturity and confident problem-solving

- Commitment to a healthy lifestyle
