Job Description

Cleo at Hyde Melbourne Place in Melbourne is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, lead service periods and support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality experiences.

You will work with kitchen and hotel teams, supervise front-of-house staff, ensure OH&S; and food safety compliance, and be available for evenings, weekends and public holidays. Victorian RSA and Food Safety certificates are required.
