You'll coordinate bed capacity, access and patient movement while working closely with emergency, inpatient, community and support services to ensure the right patient is in the right bed at the right time.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate bed allocation and patient flow to optimise hospital capacity and access.* Provide clinical leadership, operational support and advanced decision-making.* Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to improve patient journeys.* Monitor performance, identify risks and drive quality and service improvements.**About you:**You are an experienced Registered Nurse with advanced patient flow knowledge and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
