Key responsibilities
- In this customer-focused role, you will provide exceptional service to a diverse range of aquatic centre users, helping them access programs, services and activities that support active and healthy lifestyles.
- Working in a fast-paced setting, you will build positive relationships with customers, respond to enquiries, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone who visits the Inner West Council Aquatic centres.
What you need
- Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications.
- Previous experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent industry.
- Experience in a fast–paced high volume customer service environment.
