MacKillop Family Services is seeking a Therapeutic Specialist to support trauma‑informed care for children and families in Preston. The role includes therapeutic assessments, care planning, and specialist clinical guidance, with opportunities to coach staff and deliver direct interventions as needed.

You will work with carers, staff and care teams, building capability through reflective practice and collaboration within a residential care program. This is a part‑time ongoing position.
