OVERVIEW Red Earth Migration is seeking a full time Overseas Education Counsellor to support students interested in australian education opportunities. Based across Osborne Park, Harrisdale and Morley in Western Australia, the role focuses on counselling onshore and offshore students through admissions, enrolment and visa-related processes. The position offers exposure to education and migration services while working alongside migration agents in a target-driven environment. The successful candidate will guide students through course selection, applications and career pathway discussions while maintaining strong relationships with education providers. This role is suited to professionals with education counselling experience who are organised, proactive and committed to helping students achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

- Counsel onshore and offshore students on australian education options
- Guide student course selection, admissions and enrolment processes
- Manage admissions, applications, offers, course changes and COEs
- Assist migration agents with Student Visa (Subclass 500) applications and GS/GTE assessments
- Coordinate with students, education providers and agents
- Generate and follow up leads to achieve enrolment and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Ensure timely student follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with students and education providers





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of education counselling experience
- Experience in overseas education or migration preferred
- Strong knowledge of australian education and student visa processes
- Excellent communication and counselling skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven and proactive approach to work
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
