Description
About the role
The Audit Admin Assistant provides administrative and operational support to our Audit & Assurance Division, working closely with the Audit Operations Lead,Partnersand the wider audit team.You’llcoordinate administrative processes,maintainrecords and systems, support teamactivitiesand help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the division — a wide-ranging, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys structure, systems and supporting a busy professional services team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Audit Division, including preparing,formattingand distributing documents and correspondence.
- Managing records, filing systems and shared audit resources.
- Coordinating meetings, calendars,remindersand divisional communications.
- Assistingwith engagement administration, including client documentation,confirmationsand external searches.
- Maintainingaccurateengagement records, and supporting engagement setup,completionand archiving.
- Supporting staff scheduling, onboarding, resource coordination and divisional events and training sessions.
- Maintaining information within audit systems,SharePointand internal databases.
- Assistingwith billing administration,
expenseprocessingand reporting.
- Coordinating training activities, learning resources and professional development records.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with team members and clients.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word,Exceland Teams.
- The ability tomaintainconfidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
- Effective time management, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow through on tasks.
- A proactive, adaptable approach to supporting a busy professional services team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability toidentifyissues and escalation whenappropriate.

- A willingness to learn new systems,processesand technologies.
