Assistant Park Manager, Lake Keepit & Wilderluxe
Reflections Lake Keepit is a popular lakeside holidaydestination on Kamilaroi Country, within easy reach of Gunnedah and Tamworth.Offering cabins and other roofed accommodation, camping and caravan sites, the park welcomes families, groupsand guests looking to reconnect with nature.
The destination is also home to Wilderluxe Lake Keepit,Reflections’ boutique luxury glamping retreat. Its eight premium Star Tentscombine personalised service and comfort with spectacular views of the lake andsurrounding landscape.
As Assistant Park Manager, you’ll work closely with the ParkManager to support the daily operation of both Reflections Lake Keepit andWilderluxe. You’ll help lead the team, maintain high operational andpresentation standards, and create memorable guest experiences across bothofferings.

About You

- Deliverexceptional service to both holiday park and Wilderluxe guests.

- Remainorganised and composed while managing competing priorities.
The Duties
Working closely with the Park Manager, you’ll coordinatedaily priorities and support the reception, housekeeping, grounds and food andbeverage teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervisingemployees and coordinating daily workloads.
- Managingguest arrivals, bookings, enquiries and service requests.
- Maintaininghigh standards across accommodation, amenities and shared spaces.
- Assistingwith financial administration, reporting and inspections.
- Respondingto guest feedback and operational issues.
- Supportingother areas of the operation during busy periods.
- Followingand promoting WHS policies and procedures.

What Are We Looking For?
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
- Demonstrateprevious experience in a supervisory, management or senior administrativerole.
- Haveprevious experience in hospitality or tourism, preferably across guestservices, accommodation, housekeeping, food and beverage or groundsoperations.
- Demonstratea genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Beconfident using booking, administrative and point-of-sale systems.
- Havestrong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- UnderstandWHS requirements and safe work practices.
- Becomfortable living and working in a regional location.
Experience in premium accommodation, boutique hotels,glamping or luxury tourism will be highly regarded.
