Pool Pro Logan is seeking experienced Pool Technicians to join our growing team on a full-time basis . Based in Shailer Park, QLD, this is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians to contribute to the maintenance and servicing of residential and commercial swimming pools across the Logan region. As a Pool Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients' pools remain safe, clean and well-maintained, whilst building lasting relationships with our customer base.

Key responsibilities

Performing routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical testing and balancing

Inspecting and servicing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heating systems and chlorinators

Diagnosing and troubleshooting pool system faults and identifying appropriate repair solutions

Conducting repairs and replacements of pool components and equipment

Maintaining accurate service records and documentation for each client account

Installing Pool Equipment eg: Pumps, chlorinators and filters

Providing expert advice to clients on proper pool care, maintenance and safety practices

Responding promptly to customer service requests and emergency callouts

Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations

What we are looking for

Proven experience as a Pool Technician or in a similar pool maintenance and servicing role

Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, water balance and treatment protocols

Proficiency in operating and maintaining pool equipment and filtration systems

Ability to diagnose equipment faults and carry out repairs effectively

Experience in pool equipment installations





Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for travel between client locations

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly

Physical fitness to perform manual labour and work in outdoor environments

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards

Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude towards work
