As we continue to expand across Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Associate to join our growing retail team.This role is ideal for a strong retailer who enjoys taking ownership, leading by example, and supporting store leadership. pop culture or collectibles## What We're Looking For* Minimum 2 years' retail experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment* Previous experience as a Senior Sales Associate, Keyholder, Team Leader or similar role highly regarded* Experience opening and closing a retail store* Demonstrated ability to support, coach and motivate team members* Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service and store standards* Ability to take accountability for store performance during assigned shifts* Robust communication and organisational skills* Fluency in Mandarin is required, to cater for our local and tourist Chinese clientele## Full-Time Availability Requirements* This is a permanent full-time position averaging 38 hours per week.* Flexible availability across all 7 days is required.* Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.* We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency.* As a retail business, flexibility is required throughout the week to support customer demand, peak trading periods and special events.* Availability throughout our peak trading season (November to January) is essential.## How to ApplyAlong with your resume, we'd love to get to know the person behind the application.
