SENIOR DENTAL RECEPTION & CLIENT ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

You will be an key first point of contact for our patients and prospective patients at a progressive, high-end dental clinic approximately 50 minutes south-west of Sydney CBD. While dental reception and answering incoming calls are central to this position, we are looking for much more than someone who simply manages the appointment book. We want someone who can engage, communicate, build relationships, follow up and confidently discuss high-value dental treatment.

Key responsibilities

Answering incoming patient phone calls professionally, warmly and efficiently

Managing the dental reception and front desk

Creating an exceptional experience from the patient's very first interaction

Managing new patient enquiries via phone, email and digital channels

Booking and coordinating appointments

Managing the appointment book efficiently

Patient recalls, confirmations and follow-ups





Responding to missed calls and online enquiries promptly

Building rapport and trust with prospective patients

Following up patients considering treatment

About you

Minimum 5 years' relevant professional experience required

Warm, articulate and exceptional on the telephone

Highly experienced in dental/medical reception or customer-facing roles

Confident discussing fees and high-value treatment

Strong in sales and conversion

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Excellent with computers and technology

Proactive with patient follow-up

Professional and well presented

Performance-based incentive bonus structure available

Hybrid working arrangement with minimum 3–4 days per week on-site
