About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and drivenAssistant Store Manager to help lead ourbrand-new Dandenong store , opening at the end of September 2026! In this leadership support role, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, and drive the store’s success. Day by Day, you will

- Bring a premium, service focused approach to drive sales, hit KPIs, and make your mark in a high-profile store launch
- Lead and empower a dynamic team through coaching, training, and goal setting
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly store, team and individual performance – celebrate wins and close the gaps
- Bring the energy to visual merchandising, stock management, and shrink prevention
- Create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment for your team and customers

What you Bring





- 1+ years of Assistant Management experience in a fast-paced big box retail environment
- Strong commercial acumen – you know your sales figures, wage % and stock metrics
- Passion for people development and a proven record of team success
- A high attention to detail – your floor is always on point
- Operationally savvy with experience in rostering, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- A true ‘Make it Happen’ mindset – solutions-focused and performance-driven
