Victoria

Help shape the future of Victoria's alpine resorts through organised, reliable and proactive property administration.

16th September, 2026

The opportunity:
Our alpine resorts are home to vibrant communities, iconic landscapes and complex property activity - from leases and development proposals to compliance tracking and stakeholder coordination. The Property Officer plays a key role behind the scenes, ensuring information is accurate, documentation is organised, and workflows move efficiently through the team.
You're the person who keeps things on track: updating systems, coordinating documents, supporting communication with applicants and tenants, and helping the team stay ahead of deadlines. If you enjoy structured work, take pride in tidy records, and like being the reliable "go-to" for information, this role offers variety, purpose and the chance to contribute to the stewardship of Victoria's alpine land.
It's a great fit for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys improving processes, and loves the satisfaction of keeping everything running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:

- Keep property and planning information organised and up to date across registers, databases and workflow tools
- Coordinate documentation, prepare routine correspondence and support team meetings and follow‑up actions
- Assist with processing applications, managing inbox queries and supporting communication with tenants, applicants and consultants
- Help streamline systems by tidying records, migrating documents and improving naming and filing consistency
- Monitor deadlines, track actions and ensure information is complete before passing it on to team members
- Provide friendly, timely support to internal stakeholders and external parties
