We are seeking a qualified, friendly, and highly organised 'Client Floor Coordinator' to become the welcoming face of our Brisbane office.
You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will also play a critical role in creating a positive and seamless experience for everyone who interacts with our firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Liaise with clients and team members across the business
- Manage meeting room bookings for our tenancy and associated sub-tenancies
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Open, sort, distribute, scan, and save incoming correspondence
- Maintain accurate electronic filing and document records
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Assist with meeting and boardroom preparation when required
- Support office projects, including document scanning and records management activities
- Ensure reception and client areas are maintained to a professional standard at all times
About You:
- Previous experience in client services/reception or administrative work in a professional services firm is highly regarded, but not essential
- Professional, personable, and confident interacting with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Adaptable and quick to learn new systems & processes (previous experience with Microsoft Suite is preferred)
- An excellent communicator with a customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail
