You will lead workforce planning and forecasting activities, monitor performance and productivity, and provide data-driven insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- You will monitor workloads, analyse performance data and provide reporting and insights to support operational decision-making and achievement of service targets.
- As the Senior Quality and Resource Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the right resources are in place to meet operational priorities while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and service delivery.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, you will champion quality assurance processes, identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness,
and help build team capability through coaching, support and the implementation of best-practice procedures.
- As the Quality and Resource Coordinator, you will support the delivery of high-quality services through effective workforce planning, resource coordination and quality assurance activities.
