The Old Court House, is one of Western Australia’s most significantcolonialcultural heritage sites. From its principal function as a court house, to its cultural role as the main social and civic hub of early colonial life, this small building nowoperatesas the Old Court House Law Museum.

As a contemporary Museum, we collect,conserveand interpret Western Australia’s legal andsocialhistories from the past to the present.

This significant building and Museum have significant histories toshareand we invite you to help us bring these stories to the world.

TheVisitor Services Officerwillfacilitatemuseum visitation,andsubject to skills and resourcing capacity,there is the opportunity to work with the Curator to develop skills in wider Museum processes in collection management,communicationsand delivery of public programs.
