Orygen’s headspace Craigieburn site is seeking an Administration Support Officer to provide frontline reception and operational support, ensuring a welcoming, youth-friendly experience for clients, families and visitors.

The role is 0.8 FTE, part time ongoing, involving managing bookings, referrals and records, assisting with Medicare billing, and supporting day-to-day centre operations within a multidisciplinary team. Availability to work across rotating shifts is required.
