Salary Range: $266,942 per annum (Snr Staff Specialist)
Location: NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

About the opportunity
The Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership, development and governance for the VCCC model of care and will work with the Associate Director VCCC to ensure alignment with clinical and strategic priorities within NSW Ambulance and the wider health system. The Clinical Director will ensure the provision of high quality, safe and effective virtual care and support clinical supervision and training within the VCCC.
The Clinical Director will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and maintenance of alternative referral pathways for suitable patients.
The Clinical Director will ensure a focus on clinical performance, training, management and quality improvement to ensure ongoing safety and quality and support activities for the VCCC to achieve its goals. The Clinical Director will ensure a high standard of professional performance and encourage the development of an environment which supports clinical research and progression.
