As a senior member of the practice, you will work closely with our Partners to deliver strategic tax solutions across a diverse client portfolio, leading complex engagements, strengthening client relationships and supporting the ongoing growth and development of the team. We are a growing team, committed to developing future leaders and providing clear opportunities for progression as the practice continues to expand.Key responsibilities:Client Relationships: Build and maintai n trusted relationships with clients, understanding their commercial objectives and delivering practical, value add solutionsEngagement Management: Lead multiple engagements of varying size and complexity, overseeing deliverables, budgets, resources and deadlinesTechnical Excellence : Review complex tax returns, work papers, tax effect accounting calculations and technical advice, ensuring high quality outcomes and effective risk managementStrategic Advisory: Deliver transactional advice that drives client decisions and business growthTeam Development: Coach and develop team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing culturePractice Growth: Contri bute to business development initiatives,
