Key responsibilities

- As an IT Support Officer you will support the Construction Centre of Excellence and the Institute of Applied Technology Digital, a National Centre of Excellence based from either Kingswood or Meadowbank campus to provide high-quality technical support to staff, students and stakeholders.
- Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will deliver both virtual and in office support, diagnosing and resolving a broad range of intermediate to complex technical issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- As part of a highly collaborative team, you will manage competing priorities,



work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support services.

What you need

- Certified copies preferred; these will be required if successful for the role.
- You are an experienced and customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems and helping others.
- With strong technical knowledge and a calm, professional approach, you can effectively diagnose issues, provide practical solutions and communicate complex information in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
