Beds R Us Warners Bay is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Delivery Team Member to join our busy retail and logistics team. This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who has worked with bulky goods, furniture, or deliveries and is looking for a stable, long-term position .

About the role

This is a full time position working 5 days per week , including one weekend day .

Your week will be a mix of:

- Warehouse operations (receiving stock, organisation, assembly)

- Delivery runs (1-2 days per week driving a company light truck)

Some delivery days may involve early starts (from 7:00am) and longer days (occasionally over 8 hours) , balanced by shorter warehouse days at other times.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock

- Preparing delivery runs and customer pick-ups

- Loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles

- Driving a company light truck for local deliveries (no truck licence required)

- Furniture, bed and adjustable bed assembly

- Handling bulky and heavy items safely

- General warehouse organisation,



cleanliness and basic property upkeep

- Contacting customers to confirm delivery times

What we're looking for

This role requires prior experience . It is not an entry-level position.

You will need:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, delivery, or bulky goods role (furniture preferred)

- A strong work history with demonstrated reliability

- Physical fitness and confidence handling heavy or awkward items

- A current Australian driver's licence (essential)

- Comfort driving a light truck (no truck or forklift licence required)

- Availability to work full-time , including one weekend day

- A positive, practical attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
