About the Graduate Program

As a Graduate Clinical Specialist, the Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Graduate Program will provide you with the experience and training needed to represent Medtronic during surgeries and device implants.

This is a 24-month, full time contract role based in Canberra.

The program will commence with your participation in and successful completion of an in-house Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Graduate Education Program. Training will involve a combination of:





- Classroom-based learning
- In-field activities
- Practical clinical and technical training

Upon completion of your training, you will provide technical support during patient follow-ups, clinics, and implants under the guidance of a qualified Senior Territory Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

- Provide clinical and technical support during device implants.
- Provide clinical and technical support for device follow-up checks within clinics and hospitals.
- Support team members with clinical, administrative, stock, and marketing requirements as needed.
- Assist with sales and marketing programs.
- Deliver technical presentations to customers.
- Support clinical study activities.
- Assist with in-field stock management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Health Sciences.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Own transport.
- Willingness to travel as required for work.
