Marsh is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk to join the Risk and Compliance team at Mercer Super in a hybrid Sydney/Melbourne role. You will work at least three days per week in the office to lead risk activities and support the Head of Risk.
The role focuses on uplift of the risk management framework, risk profiling, incident management and cross‑functional risk reporting, in a purpose‑led workplace that values inclusion and professional growth.
