Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, Public Private Partnerships, this role provides expert, commercially focused legal advice on major transport and infrastructure projects across Victoria.
Key responsibilities
- The role supports PPPs involving roads, public transport assets and precincts, as well as concession arrangements for vehicle registration, licensing and land registry services.
What you need
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
- Builds robust, collaborative relationships, working across teams and stakeholders to share knowledge, overcome barriers and achieve outcomes.
- Provides sound legal advice and drafts high-quality legal documents, applying relevant law, policy and commercial considerations with minimal guidance.
