Life Medical Imaging is an independent, privately owned and growing provider of medical imaging and radiological services. We currently have four practices on the Central Coast with another two opening this year to support the local community. Our new Gosford clinic will be our flagship site, purpose built and equipped with technology not available at any other practice in the region.

The Gosford Flagship

Gosford brings together some of the most advanced imaging platforms currently available in Australia:

- Siemens NAEOTOM Alpha photon-counting CT. The only photon-counting CT on the Central Coast and in the Hunter Region. Ultra-high-resolution imaging, spectral capability on every scan and significant dose reduction, opening up new possibilities in cardiac, MSK and oncology imaging.
- Siemens Biograph Trinion PET/CT.



The latest-generation digital PET/CT platform, with ultra-fast time-of-flight imaging, AI-assisted workflows and dynamic PET across oncology and cardiology applications.

For a radiologist, this means reporting on image quality that most practices simply cannot offer, and the opportunity to help shape protocols and service development from day one rather than inheriting someone else’s. You will work alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team that wants to push the boundaries of low-dose imaging and new scanning techniques.

The Role

We are looking for a Radiologist who is keen to support the growth of our practice and provide excellent care to our patients through accurate and timely reporting and interventional procedures. You will work across our Central Coast practices, with a strong focus on the Gosford flagship.

About You

- FRANZCR qualification or equivalent
- AHPRA Specialist Registration
- Interest in cardiac, MSK or oncology imaging is welcome, as is PET/CT reporting experience or a willingness to develop it
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate patient care
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Motivated by a community-focused approach to healthcare
