- Deliver & Scale: Own the initial end-to-end delivery. Win the business. Ensure flawless service.
- Run the State: Transition from rainmaker to leader as you begin hiring consultants, resourcers, and administrative staff to support your growing portfolio.

What It Takes

- Blue-Collar Grit: Deep experience in industrial, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing labour hire. You understand the pace and the pressures of blue-collar operations.
- Commercial Rainmaker: You love the thrill of negotiation, securing service agreements, and building commercial relationships from scratch.
- Highly Effective Leadership: You can shift gears from a top-tier solo biller into an inspiring leader who can recruit, mentor, and retain an elite team.
