Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker/Practitioner for Parklea Correctional Centre. This part time role supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients with culturally appropriate care inside a correctional setting.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver preventive and chronic care, ensure timely access to services, and promote health equity for Indigenous people in custody and in community transition. 32 hours per week.
