We’re looking for a warm, organised and reliable Casual Medical Receptionist to join the team on a regular basis every Wednesday and Thursday. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for consistent extra work while being part of a genuinely rewarding environment.

What do you do?

- Welcome children, families and visitors to the organisation.
- Manage front-desk reception and general enquiries.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Manage appointments, bookings and calendars.
- Complete general administration and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.




- Help ensure the reception area is welcoming, organised and running smoothly.

What do you need?

- Previous reception or front-desk experience is essential.
- Previous medical reception experience is highly preferred.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Warm, friendly and professional manner.
- Solid administration and organisational skills.
- Reliable availability every Wednesday and Thursday.
- Willingness to obtain a police check.
- Willingness to receive a flu vaccination.
- A genuine interest in working in a caring environment supporting children and families.
