Job Description
The Living Company in Sydney is seeking a Business Systems Lead – Enterprise Applications to consolidate HR, payroll and workforce management onto a single Dayforce platform across Aveo, Scape and RTL Co. You will lead design, data migration, testing and training, while driving platform stability and an ambitious roadmap.

You'll partner with HR and IT, manage vendors, own user access controls, and decommission legacy systems. 5+ years' hands-on Dayforce or enterprise HRIS experience preferred.
