Job Description

BlueCare, part of UnitingCare Queensland, is seeking a Central Kitchen Manager for Bundaberg Production Kitchen to lead food production across two facilities. You'll oversee Cook Chill meals for residents, managing around 220 beds and producing up to 650 meals per day.

You'll drive quality and compliance, develop resident-focused menus with the Resident Experience Manager, lead and coach kitchen teams, and ensure productive stock control, procurement, and equipment maintenance in a challenging
