Key responsibilities

- Perform mechanical assembly of parts and subassemblies according to work instructions, drawings and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Build and install cable harnesses/looms and perform wiring on products and control panels
- Terminate, crimp and solder wires and connectors accurately and reliably
- Execute functional and electrical tests (continuity, insulation, High voltage tests) and document results
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and assembly drawings
- Follow standard operating procedures, quality checklists and test protocols
- Identify, troubleshoot and document assembly or wiring defects; support corrective actions
- Maintain accurate production records and test data
- Keep work area, tools and equipment clean and organized; perform basic preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering, quality and warehouse teams to support continuous improvement

About you

- Vocational training or certificate in electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent trade qualification
- Experience in mechanical assembly, cable harnessing/looming, wiring and electrical testing (manufacturing/production workplace preferred)
- Proficient in reading schematics, wiring diagrams and assembly drawings
- Experience with hand tools, crimping tools, soldering irons and basic test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supplies)
- Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610)
- Advanced IT skills:



able to operate ERP systems and use Excel/industry test software efficiently
- Good manual capability and ability to work with small components
- Problem-solving orientation and ability to follow technical instructions
