What will you be doing?

- Deliver engaging technical training and practical coaching to field operatives within our new training centre and on-site.
- Support the development of installers and apprentices through hands‑on coaching, mentoring, and competency‑based learning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KONE trainers globally to share best practices, training innovations, and emerging industry trends.
- Analyse performance and competency data to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training and corrective action plans.
- Support and actively participate in new employee inductions, site inspections, quality reviews, and operational audits.
- Adapt global training programmes, materials, and work instructions to meet local regulatory, safety, and operational requirements.
- Support competency development initiatives, including assessments, surveys, skills verification, and capability reviews.
- Partner with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and technical excellence.
- Participate in incident and serious near‑miss investigations in collaboration with the Safety Manager, identifying learning opportunities and recommending preventative measures.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, accountability,



and continuous learning across the field workforce.

What are we looking for?

- Experience working within the lift industry is essential.
- Escalator experience is highly desired.
- Current Electrical Licence.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, with the confidence to identify, challenge, and report safety breaches, hazards, and non‑conformances.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training both face‑to‑face and virtually.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, build credibility, and develop strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Sound computer skills.
- A genuine passion for learning, coaching, and developing others.
