You will drive service excellence, workforce capability and innovation, while ensuring the Exercise Physiology service remains financially sustainable, responsive to community needs and aligned with organisational priorities.About the roleAs the Exercise Physiologist Lead, you will:Lead, coach and inspire a geographically dispersed team of Exercise Physiologists, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous learningProvide professional leadership and support to Exercise Physiologists across QueenslandDrive best-practice clinical standards, innovation and continuous improvementLead clinical supervision, mentoring, onboarding and professional development programsSupport recruitment, workforce planning, performance development and employee engagement initiativesDrive financially sustainable service delivery through effective resource allocation, productivity management and achievement of operational targetsMonitor service performance, financial outcomes, quality measures, productivity and key performance indicators to support long-term service viabilityFacilitate Communities of Practice and strengthen professional connections across regionsCollaborate with multidisciplinary Allied Health and operational teams to deliver outstanding client outcomesContribute to clinical governance,
