This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in supporting a leading property valuation and advisory business.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that are critical to our operations and the successful delivery of valuation services to our clients.
Supported by both our local and national teams, this position provides a unique and varied opportunity to showcase your technical abilities, particularly across the Microsoft Office Suite, while utilising your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced and varied role, with the initiative to get things done and the ability to hold yourself accountable. You take pride in the quality and accuracy of your work and are confident working independently while anticipating the needs of the broader team.
You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with exceptional administrative skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You will be comfortable managing a diverse range of responsibilities, from preparing and finalising valuation reports to coordinating office events, processing monthly expense claims, supporting invoicing activities and assisting with debtor management alongside our finance team.
Your advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will set you up for success in this role.
What Will You Do?
In this varied role, you will be across the team's work in progress, entering and maintaining client information, managing important deadlines, and preparing and finalising valuation reports.
You'll work closely with valuers, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure information is accurately recorded within our systems and, where required,
external client platforms.
While there are peak periods where extra support is required, you'll be backed by a collaborative local team and an experienced national administration network.
In addition, you will manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities including invoicing, following up outstanding payments and supporting the overall coordination of the office.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise competing tasks and deadlines.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presentation with a friendly, positive and approachable attitude.
- Previous experience within the property industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
