Full time Veterinary Receptionist / Administration

Eye Clinic for Animals is a specialist veterinary ophthalmology practice dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for our patients and exceptional support for their families.

Our team includes three specialist ophthalmologists, two residents, and an outstanding group of nurses and administrators who consistently go above and beyond. We provide specialist ophthalmic care to patients from across NSW and ACT.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist / Admin Team Member to join our friendly front-of-house team at our purpose-built Artarmon clinic.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets
- Scheduling appointments across NSW / ACT
- Liaising with referring vets
- Processing of accounts
- Data Entry using Ezyvet software (Experience with Ezyvet highly regarded)





The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Positive and upbeat demeanour with a willingness to learn
- Great personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fantastic phone manner
- A love of all animals big and small
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- 1 year of reception experience within a busy medical setting
- Previous experience in animal/specialist field will be highly regarded
- Flexibility to pick up additional days or shifts to cover leave and unexpected absences will also be highly regarded

Remuneration:

Pay grade is $33 per hour (commensurate with experience), with room for growth in future!!

Minimum of 1 year of reception support in a busy Emergency, Medical or Referral Hospital setting
