Key responsibilities

- Step into a rewarding and dynamic role as a Senior Medical Practitioner with WA Country Health Service (WACHS) – South West Inland, where you’ll make a meaningful impact across the inland communities of Harvey, Collie, Donnybrook, Bridgetown, Manjimup (Warren) and Nannup.
- You’ll be a valued leader, providing supervision, support, and training to junior doctors and clinical staff, and contributing to a strong culture of continuous learning.
- You will be well supported by the clinical teams in the Regional Resource Centre at Bunbury, the WACHS Command Centre ( Operations Hub and Command Centre - Home ) statewide services including transport, telehealth, and mental health,



maternity and obstetric telehealth ensuring patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
- With a wide scope of practice — including emergency and acute presentations, general ward management, aged care, rehabilitation, and palliative care — this role offers both qualified variety and the chance to truly connect with the communities you serve.

What you need

- Must have a current C or C-A class driver’s licence as traveling is required of the role.
- Rural Generalist Year 1 $382,342 – Year 5 $432,570 per annum (dependent on the candidate’s level of applicable experience and qualifications).
- Eligible for General and/or Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
