Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced Area Director of Sales to drive the revenue strategy for hotels in Victoria and Current South Wales. You will lead regional sales teams, partner with Marketing and Finance, and influence budgeted top-line revenue and profitability across the portfolio.

The role reports to the Regional Director of Sales, overseeing rooms, catering and events revenue while building strong relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.
