Etymon Projects is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to commence an apprenticeship as a Chef, Baker, or Pastry Chef . With opportunities across some of Sydney’s most exciting hospitality venues, apprentices will gain hands-on experience while learning from highly skilled chefs, bakers, and pastry professionals.

About the Opportunities:

- Bakery Apprentices | Retail Join the renowned Loulou Boulangerie team and develop skills in artisan bread making, viennoiserie, and bakery production within a high-quality retail environment.
n
- Pastry Apprentices | Retail Learn the art of creating pastries, cakes, desserts, viennoiserie, and a range of premium baked products while working alongside experienced pastry professionals.
n
- Pastry Apprentices | Hatted & Fine Dining Work in sophisticated hospitality venues developing expertise in plated desserts, petit fours, cakes, pastries, and contemporary pastry techniques.
n
- Chef Apprentices | Restaurants Build robust foundations in commercial cookery, gaining experience across various kitchen sections while developing food preparation, cooking, and service skills.
