Uniting is seeking a Case Worker - Kinship Care in Broadmeadows to support and monitor children and young people in statutory kinship care placements, ensuring safety, stability and developmental needs are met. You will work with carers and care teams to review care plans and advocate for the voices and wishes of the young people.

You will coordinate care team meetings, maintain case documentation, and lead transition planning for leaving care, contributing to permanency and positive outcomes.
