OVERVIEW EDELIGHT EDUCATION AND VISA SERVICES is seeking a Registered Migration Agent (MARA) to join its Sydney team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. The role involves managing a range of Australian visa matters, including student, skilled, partner, family, and visitor visas, while delivering qualified and compliant migration advice. This opportunity is suited to candidates with strong knowledge of Australian migration law and the ability to manage client matters independently.

Key responsibilities

- Provide migration advice and assess client eligibility
- Prepare and lodge visa applications and submissions
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs
- Advise on skills assessments, points tests, and visa pathways
- Maintain accurate client and compliance records
- Stay updated with migration law and policy changes
- Conduct professional client consultations

Requirements

- Current Registered Migration Agent registration in valuable standing
- Experience preparing and lodging Australian visa applications
- Strong knowledge of Australian migration law and processes
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
