About the Role
As an experienced Pharmacy Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our pharmacists and helping customers with their everyday health needs.
Your responsibilities will include
- Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and health enquiries
- Processing sales and maintaining patient records
- Stock management, merchandising,
and maintaining a well-presented store
- Providing friendly, professional customer service every day
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working in a community pharmacy or other medical/healthcare setting
- Certificate II, III or IV in Community Pharmacy (preferred)
- Confidence assisting with OTC products
- Friendly, reliable, and skilled communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
