Brisbane QLD 4000, Rothwell's Bar & Grill is a restaurant and bar offering a high-end dining experience, with a menu centred on classic grill dishes, steaks and seafood, complemented by an extensive wine selection. The venue also provides private dining and function services.

/n Sunset & North Crescent Trading Co Pty Ltd - Rothwell's Bar & Grill is currently seeking an experienced Trade Waiter to join its front-of-house team and provide professional food and beverage service.

/n Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Providing professional and attentive table service throughout lunch and dinner services.

/n

- Greeting guests, presenting menus and taking accurate food and beverage orders.

/n

- Providing guests with information and recommendations regarding menu items, dishes, wines and other beverages.

/n

- Serving food and beverages in accordance with professional restaurant service standards.

/n

- Preparing and setting tables before service and clearing and resetting tables as required.

/n

- Developing sound knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage offerings to respond accurately to guest enquiries.

/n

- Liaising effectively with kitchen, bar and other front-of-house staff to ensure accurate and timely service.

/n

- Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding professionally to enquiries, requests and service-related concerns.

/n

- Processing customer accounts and payments accurately.





/n

- Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout the restaurant and dining areas.

/n

- Providing professional service during private dining and function services where required.

/n

- Complying with food safety, hygiene, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and workplace health and safety requirements.

/n

About You /n

/n

- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar professional food and beverage service role.

/n

- Strong knowledge of qualified restaurant and table service procedures.

/n

- Sound knowledge of food and beverages, with the ability to confidently discuss menu items and wine with guests.

/n

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

/n

- Ability to provide attentive, professional and personalised service.

/n

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

/n

- Ability to work efficiently during busy restaurant service periods.

/n

- Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar and front-of-house team members.

/n

- Well-presented, reliable and committed to maintaining high service standards.

/n

- Appropriate Queensland RSA competency where required for the service of alcohol.

/n
