About The Opportunities /n

You will work alongside an experienced culinary leadership team across a variety of restaurant, bar, events and colleague dining experiences.

/n

- Preparing and presenting dishes consistently and to a high standard

/n

- Supporting daily mise en place and kitchen operations

/n

- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards

/n

- Managing your section during service

/n

- Supporting stock control, ordering and waste reduction

/n

- Collaborating with culinary and food and beverage colleagues

/n

- Contributing ideas, energy and a genuine sense of hospitality

/n

- Helping create a positive,



respectful and inclusive kitchen culture

/n

Qualifications About you /n

You may be building your culinary career or ready to take the next step. What matters most is your attitude, curiosity and commitment to your craft.

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen

/n

- Relevant cookery qualifications or equivalent industry experience

/n

- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene

/n

- The ability to remain calm and organised during busy services

/n

- A collaborative and respectful approach

/n

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

/n

- A genuine passion for food, produce and memorable guest experiences

/n

- MUST ALREADY HAVE WORKING RIGHTS FOR AUSTRALIA
