We are seeking a highly organised, skilled and customer focused Ward Clerk who thrives in a busy healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and clinical staff, providing exceptional administrative support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the ward. This role would suit someone who enjoys multitasking, can remain calm under pressure, and is committed to delivering excellent service to patients and healthcare teams.

This role is well suited to someone who is flexible, responsive to changing operational needs, and committed to providing support across a 24/7 healthcare service

- Ability to adapt to changing roster requirements to meet operational needs
- Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster across seven days per week
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as rostered
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across a 24-hour, seven-day operation and support the changing needs of the ward and patient care services
