We are seeking a highly organised, professional and customer focused Ward Clerk who thrives in a busy healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and clinical staff, providing exceptional administrative support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the ward. This role would suit someone who enjoys multitasking, can remain calm under pressure, and is committed to delivering excellent service to patients and healthcare teams.

- Ability to adapt to changing roster requirements to meet operational needs
- Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster across seven days per week
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as rostered
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across a 24-hour, seven-day operation and support the changing needs of the ward and patient care services
