Qualifications

- Able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture and merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, assembly, material handling,



or powered industrial equipment operation is preferred but not required.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards for product quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator who works collaboratively with customers, teammates, and leaders.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, adaptability, and a commitment to following safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

- Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, while following all safety procedures.
- Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to ensure products meet quality standards before customer pickup or delivery.
- Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
- Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure merchandise is customer-ready.
