A well established Melbourne Builder is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to their team for a current $35m project located in Geelong.

As Site Manager you will oversee all aspects of site activities on a project which is currently at lock up stage and still has several months to run. The project will involve extensive interaction with project stakeholders and the subcontractor team to ensure works are carried out in line with expectations to time, cost, safety and quality standards. You will be supported by an experienced management team on what has been a carefully selected project for the business.

To suit this role you will need to have extensive experience as a Site Manager on similar type projects and be able to operate in an autonomous and reliable manner. You will need good communication skills and a strong building knowledge on commercial-industrial projects. Remuneration will suit experience. With future work already secured for the area this will suit a Geelong based person looking to work in the area.
