Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a compelling product strategy aligned with long-term growth, translating brand values into product releases
- Lead end-to-end NPD processes, ensuring strong market research, technical validation, and seamless rollouts
- Oversee go-to-market plans, ensuring all launch aspects from pricing to marketing are aligned and executed flawlessly
- Monitor product performance, optimise profitability, and manage lifecycle decisions in partnership with key teams

- Proven senior leadership in design-led physical products, with strong experience in developing and launching successful product ranges
