Are you an ambitious Property Manager or Business Development Manager looking for a role where you can actually have an impact?

With a strong presence in the local market and ambitious plans for growth, they're looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, take ownership and play a key part in building the Property Management department.

We're open to candidates from a Property Management, BDM or combined PM/BDM background.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

- Managing a clean, well-maintained portfolio of approximately 54 properties
- Managing your portfolio end-to-end
- Building robust relationships with rental providers and tenants
- Conducting rental appraisals
- Identifying and converting new management opportunities
- Prospecting and generating new business
- Bringing new properties onto the rent roll
- Working closely with the leadership team to grow the Property Management department
- Helping shape processes and the future structure of the department
- NO weekend work
