Our client is looking for an ArchiCAD Graduate of Architecture or Technician with an eye for design and technical minded to support the team on townhouse developments on a 6month contract.

Key Responsibilities

- Knowledge of the residential building codes and regs.
- confident working on different phases of a project
- Robust documentation skills and technical knowledge.

Skills and Experience

- Tertiary qualification in Architecture or Building Diploma
- 3+ years post grad experience
- Experience working on townhouses
- High proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Sound knowledge of Australian standards and NCC
- High level of documentation and detailing
